When you place your order, be sure to select the "Newsletter" shipping option in order to avoid shipping charges. When you see the order confirmation page, look for a button that says "Download" and press on that for delivery of an eBook. (There is no subscriber access information for eBook orders.) If you don't receive the eBook within a short time, send an email to orders@offshorepress.com or call 913-362-9667. If it's after hours you can leave a message on our answering machine and we will call back the next business day. |
